Visited Gordans Bay today , was pretty awesome. See the photos below. Been great having fresh air flowing the lungs for a change and calming the sole with the sights and sounds of the ocean. Also visited a secondhand bookstore, purchased six books, 4 medical, one science, one criminal fiction.

Listening to Just Jinger, heard that they making name for themselves in the States, well once again sound music that is. I don't feel well, in actual fact, I feel very miserable; I hope this will pass before the evening. LaCoste fragrance seems worthwhile and smells divine.

Sipping java whilst listening to a Marcos Hernandez album, he has exceptional talent and I certainly like his music style, R&B and Hip Hop style. Apparently he originates from Mexico and once was overweighed; now that’s hard to believe. *sniggers*


A song I wrote a while back.


I was simply wondering why, and also wondered if nature is a resemblance of God existence or is it a verification of my illusion?

Procydin (Proanthocyanidin) is a natural antioxidant free radical scavenger, primarily found in black berries (grapes). Another weekend on my doorstep, and certainly have no idea what to do with it *contemplates* been raining for the past two days and probably the rest of this weekend, so I am not likely to go out. A good book/movie seems like the ideal idea for this weather, although I’d rather be doing something more productive *sigh*
